Senior Support worker with over 17 years experience working for Disability Services Queensland in a variety of roles. Carroll has supported people in the areas of Community Access, Behavior Management, Supported Independence Living and Respite Services. Carroll has experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Mental Health Issues, Hearing Impairment, Mobility Issues, Epilepsy, OCD, Speech Impairment and Challenging Behaviors.
Carroll has a Certificate IV in Disability Work and is regularly updated with First Aid/ CPR, Maybo, Protective Actions, Manual Handling, Administering Medication, Managing Clients Financial Affairs and Fire and Evacuation. Carroll has worked in various Managerial roles and Roster Coverage within Disability Services Queensland.
Carroll’s availability is generally over nights and weekends offering respite and community access.
