Respite Care Accommodation
This room has been designed for high needs, the bedding is electronic with an Aspire 8 pressure mattress. Complete with a 45″ Samsung Smart TV which has access to You Tube, Disney Plus, Foxtel, Stan and Netflix. The room also has its own Samsung A7 Tablet and unlimited WIFI.
This room has a therapeutic massage recliner lounge chair for your use. Our manual hoist can nicely under this bed. This room is currently displayed for a children’s stay but this can be adjusted if you prefer this room for an adult.
This room is designed more for an adults stay, queen ensemble bed, but can easily be reconfigured for a children’s room. It has a 45″ Samsung Smart TV with access to You Tube, Disney Plus, Foxtel, Stan, Netflix. There is also a iPad tablet and unlimited WIFI. This room has plantation blinds for privacy.
Respite Activities
The pool we have is heated and can be adjusted in temperature to suit your requirements, the heating can be turned off if you prefer a cold swim or turned up to 32 degrees with both solar and heat pump heating to keep the warmth in. The pool is 110000lt, 15 metres long and 5 metres wide, and has a Mineral chlorinator to sanitize the water, offering a gentler, more natural alternative to traditional chlorine or saltwater pools. The pool has lighting for an evening swim if you wish which can be adjusted to whatever colour you want. We also have a mobile pool hoist which can accommodate up to 130kgs, so it makes it easy for any of our guests no matter what ability they have to enjoy a swim.
The Therapeutic spa, like the pool, uses minerals instead of chlorine and can be heated up to 40 degrees. It is a 9 seater with internal and external steps for easy access. The spa is 2500 litres, with 91 jets in total, offering a different experience on each seat. A hoist is available to lift you in if you have stability or mobility concerns. The spa can be utilised anytime during your stay. We can also add different scented Magnesium Salts to sooth achy muscles.
